Initiate Your Return
Log into your BartySpares account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the unused spare parts in their original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned parts, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
